When working on cases, I had one situation that when accessing the Approval table, the error message appeared:
Incomplete record, could not process data for table Approval
After trying some troubleshoot steps, I found the working- one:
Add parameter sqltz to sm.ini then restart the service.
I doubt the timezone of SM Application and DB are different, so that I couldn’t access the tickets in Approval table
